Thermocore structural panels are manufactured from the highest quality polyurethane foam available
and can be utilized in residential and commercial applications, including timber frames, structural
homes and steel frame buildings. Thermocore's custom manufacturing process allows for the
complete pre-configuration of panels before they are insulated. This unique process allows
Thermocore to pre-form panels to exact custom shapes and sizes eliminating panel waste at your
job site as well as our factory. Building with Thermocore Panels will save you time, labor, and greatly

Thermocore Panel Systems is the only panel manufacturer to offer panels complete with all door and
window openings in place and framed with a 2x4 bucks, as well as, all electrical elements including
electrical boxes and 3/4" conduit. In addition, Thermocore panels come complete with all ridge and
gable cuts, and subfacia all to your specifications. Thermocore utilizes the most advanced CAD/CAM
system to pre-engineer our panels and works closely with clients to ensure that all of your design
needs have been met.
